It's already given that the doughnuts are delicious and freshly baked everyday. But the customer service in this place is exceptional. They will make you feel that you are really important and that you are home in their place. Staff are approachable and attentive.

came here at night, almost closing time and we were the only customers but still had to wait a bit even if its for takeout. the shop itself is very well put together and the staff is very friendly, especially the guard!!

The ambiance was good, but the service was quite lacking. Even if you ordered only a 3-piece donut (which is already available), you still have to wait for another 30 minutes or more before you can pay for it. Only when you pay the cashier will they take your other order (like coffee, and so on). Mind you, there's only one person ahead of me when I ordered, and it's for take-out (it's supposed to be fast), so I don't know the reason for taking so much time.

Happened to me just today. Upon I got to the cashier she didn't assist me immediately, when I said my order she asked the chef if it was the available, the chef on the other hand took to LONG to response because he was being flirty to the cashier. Now the cashier was taking again so long to take my cash. When I got my food I REQUESTED FOR A PAPERBAG AND SHE SAID, "hand carry lang maam". Rude! Shouldnt she give me a paper bag SINCE I, THE CUSTOMER REQUESTED FOR IT!? How rude! Is this how you teach your employees JCO???? Ang bastos! Hust because I only spent 60 pesos, I'll be treated this way??…
