Jollibee - Binakayan

This branch is newly renovated and the floor plan is much better than before. Great planning went into adding a takeout order and riders window. The place looks more spacious and pleasing to the eye. Hopefully, they can maintain the cleanliness.

We went to this drive through of jollibee the food is good and all but the service and the meal we received is not correct and also the portions are so lacking and even the food we gave back to make it correct never returned to us we waited for 10 mins and no one gave us back the food so we just leave definitely not going back there again

I was dissappointed with one of your crew named Zandara because of her attitude asking to assist me for food take-out.Nasa front p sya. She is not accomodating nor approachable.The place is nice but atmosphere was affected because of her.

Service is sooooo slow! Specially in the drive thru. I would not recommend here. They do not calue your time. Fast food but service is slow.

This is for Binakayan Highway(Centennial)

During my visit, it took over 30 minutes to pass through the payment booth, followed by another long wait for food preparation.

Additionally, during a separate visit for breakfast, I waited for 10 minutes to receive an order of only three items. When I went inside the store to follow up, I noticed that the items had already been prepared but were not being served until I asked about them in person.

I hope you can look into these delays and improve the efficiency of your service.
