One of the best Jollibee branch for me. Accessible, clean, staffs are accommodating. So good to claim the share treats, they are so fast. Kudos to Jollibee Muñoz. You are all doing a great job! ♥️

Spacious floor at the counter. Has dedicated Senior/PWD line. Nice and cool temperature. spacious and clean 2nd flr. 24 Hour restaurant

Their payment process is a mess. You pay at an automated kiosk but you still need to line up at the cashier and have your order taken again. If you failed to do that.... Your order will be in limbo and you will be waiting for nothing. The manager cannot even engage properly and apologized for this inconvenience and indirectly point that it was the customer's fault.

One of the worst fastfood in edsa, place is dirty, muddy floors, tissue papers and receipts were scattered on the floor, cr has no water and tissue paper, hand drier is out of order, cr on ground floor is not available you have to go upstairs, lot of orfers are pending and you have to wait 15 minutes, service not good, place was crowded and when you request some condiments they will chrge you 10 pesos, softdrinks and pineapple juice are full of ice, no parking space need to park in waltermart
