This is a great catenderia/restaurant that offers traditional Filipino comfort food. Their prices are expectedly a little bit higher compared to the average carenderia or jollyjeep, but that’s because they’re renting a space in a condominium. But the quality of their food makes it worth it!

Their pork sisig is simply delicious! Unless you have heart problems, you must try this!

Their pinakbet was also great—one of the best we’ve had in a long time. It must be the shrimp paste (bagoong).

Banana Rhuma or Turon is on-point. Really good and affordable. Owners and staff were really welcoming. Main dishes are okay - I recommend their Pares.

Mang Tootz Food House is famed for their Banana-Rhum-A, featured in many shows, blogs, and professed by UST students.

They offer cooked meals and snacks ranging from PhP 99.00 and up. Servings are good for one.

Amazing how much food and how many people fit (and wanted to fit) in such a compact space. Good food, tasty and served plentifully - ready for dine in and take out. Didn't get to ask of the plastic to-go containers used for dine in are reused because if they are discarded, that's a LOT of plastic.
