McDonald's Mendiola

This branch didn't update their happy meals toy availability on food panda. We ordered and when they messaged us that our chosen toy is no longer available, it's not even more than 5 mins but they already chosen one for us on our behalf. What a waste of money.

The food is average, service could be better but nothing much wrong. But the atmosphere. Its too small, has so many customers and even when you do order? It takes 30 minutes for your food to be prepare. It used to stink here but I added an extra star on atmosphere because they fixed it i guess.

The staffs are not approachable. Staff attitude is the main problem. Because even i asked for a new one. They’re giving me a attitude. Second, the food was bland. Everything tasted bland.

They made us reuse our cup for Sundae and McFloat for our water. It would have been okay if our cups were used for drinks. Then there's no option to rinse your cup. They did the refill without rinsing the cup, forcing us to drink murky water.

Just had to cancel my order. Almost 30 minutes and my order still hadnt been prepared. Walang kwenta
