When we ordered a chicken it STILL had BLOOD inside it. We we're so disgusted about it. And also the service took 10 mins to get to us and got our order wrong 2x..

One thing that I like about them is they open even before mall hours. They open the door facing the parking area, but if it's not yet 10am, they will not open the door going to the mall. It's not cozy compared to other branches though.

We ate here August 26, 2019. Delicious fries, tasty crispy chicken and the rice were served hot. The only thing I'm concerned with is the ventilation inside, it's a little bit hot. I don't know if they have trouble with their airconditioners but please fix this issue asap. People who seek cool a place will be iritated here, you can't enjoy eating the food while sweaty, so keep it up Mcdo SM Naga.

Bad service had to ask 5 times for chicken breast they told me sir we haven't got then magically they had some,then no knives and fork for meal had to wait 5 mins for them!! Very disappointed
