It’s not every day a café turns a non-coffee drinker into a regular, but Myth Café has done exactly that. Their sea salt cream latte is what started it all: rich, balanced, and theatrically topped tableside with freshly grated asin tibuok. The ritual borders on gimmick, yes—but it’s also a respectful nod to a dying craft, and the flavor more than justifies the flourish.
