Noctos Music Bar

Hands down, Noctos is my favorite restaurant at the moment.

Their sisig is a must-order, I would argue that this is the best sisig in QC. I like to call it an elevated version of Manam’s sisig.

The tortang talong with salted egg is the best I’ve had. The dynamite has a large serving size.

Verdict: babalik-balikan. 10/10 is an understatement.

Went here for “The Comedy Crew” stand-up comedy show. As always, the sisig was crunchy, smoky, and savory.

The dinakdakan was a new item so we gave it a shot. The flavors of the atay and sili were prominent, with a creamy yet crunchy texture. Another favorite was the tortang talong, which is elevated by the salted egg bits on top.

My only gripe is that the serving size of the grilled pork belly was kind of small.

Verdict: BABALIK-BALIKAN!!!! BEST SISIG IN TOWN 🦉

Everything was perfect! Their sisig is a must order, and is also one of, if not THE BEST crispy sisig ive ever tried.

The ambiance was vibrant and sophisticated, perfect for a weekend dinner with friends! I will definitely come back, I know that Noctos will be a staple bar in Metro Manila for years to come.

One of the best sisig I’ve ever tried. If you’re a fan of crunchy sisig, this is a must try. Their dynamite and chicharong bulaklak are good, too. This is a good experience considering there’s also stand-up comedy sets and bands playing. Worth the try.
