First time eating here ... Medyo nagulat ako dito ... for an eat all you can steak their quality isn't bad ... Dare i say above the typical ones ? ... They didn't use cheap condiments mind you ... unlike the other resto who offer eat all you can's For the price and the taste ...this is actually okay for an eat all you can steak :) sulit bayad ko dito ... Hahaha

The food was good , the service was just so-so, it took time for them to serve the mashed potatoes, the ambience needs a lot of improvements . However the manager was accommodating and attentive.

Food is ok. Eating at this restaurant is more of quantity than quality. Doneness of steaks are not consistent as well. Sides are cooked as batches, so if the fries that comes out initially are warm and no other customers ordered it, expect succeeding fries to be cold until current batch finishes. Service is ok as long as the staff notice you are raising your hand, they will attend to you quickly. Also had to followup some orders because they forget it. Atmosphere is fine. Place is clean and bright. But tables are a bit too close to one another.

Service and venue are up to standard, had a slight service hiccup where there were no staff for about a 10 minute period. The food is where the problem lies, as there are several issues with the meat. My family and I chose to order the unlimited steak option and I chose to try most of the steak cuts offered. The cook of the steak is abysmal, it was not just the case where the cooks did not cook the steak as per my request, but every piece of meat that came out of the kitchen was cooked unevenly (half of the steak would be rare then the other side would be well done). 2nd time to eat here. Previous experience for unli steak about a year ago (it was a weekend) was not really good. I got excited on my first order (ribeye) and it came out really good. But the second round (ny strip) was waaay too chewy and had to force myself to keep chewing and swallow (leftover costs 400php) the NY strip of what felt like rubber and paper.
