though the place was a bit noisy it was interesting to see people running after their activities always moving and the theatre had a heavy load that day i mean it was fully crowded with lots of people.
and cute kiddens playing around and it gave a good look to the mall.

The atmosphere is nice but not worth the price. There are better Samgyupsal restos in the city that are more affordable.

I used to love this place since it has a lot of side dishes the service was fast etc. but now their service is really bad like super slow, imagine kuya guard refilling iced tea since they only have 2 or 3 staff catering people.

After dining here today i dont recommend this samgyupsal place. Napakasungit nang staff imagine i requested a plate to be replaced kase its dirty and the staff has the audacity to get annoyed at me throwing the plate in the counter. If you work in this kind of business u should be trained how to serve customers and be kind too. Hindi na mas matapang kapa sa nagbabayad…

When we ate there, the amount of meat on a single plate was enormous. We were not aware that the cost, regardless of whether the meat is cooked or not, is 350 pesos. Its not specified on their policy that they will be charging uncooked meat. Since there was a lot of meat and we were just two, we decided not to cook it all because, from my experience at other samgyupsal restaurants, they normally don't charge you if you don't cook the meat.

Poor customer service. Unsanitary.

They catered our needs, yes. The waitresses were nice. But the lady manager is so unwelcoming… frowned most of the time, acts pissed and tired, inattentive, obviously doesn’t like dealing with customers (assuming she’s a manager, she’s wearing black uniform you can distinguish her from the rest of the crew. )

Their garbage room is wide open. You can see it while you’re eating and you have to bear with the smell. They even took the trash out like it’s just nothing.

So far the worst Samgyupsal Resto in Iloilo.
