Staff deserve praise for their work ethic and standards.
Special mention for GIL for looking after our group tonight - very helpful and patient. :)

We went here for my sister-in-law's small birthday gathering. We called in for reservation and an advanced order so we dont have to wait for a long time for the food. After we arrived, we were escorted to our table that was already prepared for us. They also noticed we have brought along kids so they offered high chairs for them.

The food was brought to us within 10mins of us arriving. They kept on asking if we need anything else. They also provided a free birthday song and dance for the celebrant.

Overall, the service was great, the food was good and the atmosphere 👌.

The place is tidy and clean. Staff are accommodating and the ambiance is nice. There are ample parking space. Perfect place for Kids party. We celebrated my eldest son 1st birthday here. We had more than 30 guest. The host was also very friendly & the kids enjoyed the party. Highly recommended. Thank you Shakey's!

The place was full of customers. The service is good. The chicken is very good. Well cooked. The pizza is just ok.

Extremely poor customer service. I was given a menu and was ready to order when I kept on asking the waitress to take my order. But she didn’t bother. She kept on writing something on a piece of papet. I decided to go to the toilet first. When I came out, I was hoping to at least be assisted but nobody bothered to help. So I walked away.
