My recent dining experience at Yayoi was good. although we waited for 30 minutes to get seated, the staffs are very friendly. The menu offers a lot of teishoku sets each thoughtfully crafted to showcase the essense of Japanese cuisine. service was great and every food I ordered are tasty. highly recommended

It was quiet when I arrived and eventually started filling with people as lunch hour approached. I ordered salmon sashimi: melts in your mouth and the wasabi tastes like it was freshly ground, even if we know that can’t be true. Agedashi tofu: crispy outside, soft inside. Great sauce. Garnished with mushrooms, eggplant, grated radish and thinly sliced seaweed. Chicken namban: soft chicken, great topping. Overall, great place to eat.

I was stuffed when I ate here early afternoon, dinner time I was still full. Food was really flavorful. I enjoyed my meal!
