Decent price and food, opens 24 hours so you can eat anytime you want. Walking distance from mandarin hotel or red planet. Clean so far. I like the monggo soup and fried fish. But oh have so many other choices also. -paid 150 pesos with 2 rice , 1 soup, 1 friend fish and 2pcs lumpia shanghai.
