Our experience with Popeyes Matalino was fantastic! Upon inquiring for the venue and party package, the managers were accommodating. The second floor was available to host 100 to 200 people, with food options from their menu and the venue is good for at least two hours. The ambiance of the place was pleasant, and the air conditioning worked well to keep everyone in the room fresh. The managers and staffs are all accommodating, respectful, and approachable. Asked for service water, no service water came. No one even called out my name when the order was supposed to be called out. 🙃 I mean, do they even train their staffs here??? Edit: the ranch dip that came with my chicken tenders was cold.

I am a popeye's fan, I always eat at their cubao branch...I am excited to try their new branch here at Matalino St and I am quite disappointed on their service and the food they served me. The chicken they served me is under cooked but the manager on duty told na ganun daw tlaga ang luto pag dark meat. Oh my, I also cooked and I know naman if the food is properly cooked or hind. I will not visit this branch again hopefully they will improve their service

First time to eat from this branch. The place have an ample parking space and It can accommodate a group of people. The interior is nice - very modern. The service is very underwhelming and poor. We ordered a 2 meal of chicken burger with fries and drinks and also 1 large coffee. It took them 30 minutes to serve our food - to think it was a dead hour and this was supposed to be fast food. So far on all the Popeyes branches that we tried this have the worst service and management. I don't recommend dining here if you are very hungry or even do takeout if you're on the go.
