Got the salted caramel coffee latte and the coffee was so strong and I asked if it's possible to add milk on it since it is "latte" but the staff just justified that it's "coffee" so it's brave, eh for me as a customer I'm too brave so I requested milk to adjust the taste. Better customer service. For sure when making a latte there is milk included and if the customer has a request, I hope you give it. Thumbs down.
