Been a long standing frustration with one sales lady in this shop. For a while, she would refuse to accept card payment for no reason, now she cannot roast and grind the coffee properly. What a waste. She should find another job suitable to her laziness, really. So frustrating that the company is not doing anything about this girl, she's ruining the business and the beautiful coffee experience.
