I recently dined at 22 prime and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the steak. Cooked to perfection, the meat was tender, juicy, and full of flavor—definitely among the best I’ve ever had. The sides complemented the steak well, and the atmosphere was cozy and welcoming. A special mention goes to our server, Dondon, who provided exceptional service. He was attentive, knowledgeable, and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. His recommendations were spot on, and his warm demeanor added to the overall fantastic experience.

We ordered the unlimited steak for 2950, and we loved it! There were some parts (medium) that were a bit hard to chew but it was still delicious overall. Soup of the day was cream of broccoli , which we also loved. Sauces and sides were yummy! Kim, our assigned server was very kind and attentive. Thank you! Definitely worth it! Will surely go back here :)

Everything was perfect. Only comment would be that the performers music got too loud at some point that you couldn’t hear anyone talk. Food was great! We had the unli steak and everything was delicious! Our server was Kim and she was great!

Steak Dinner Review The steak was a highlight—well-seasoned with a fantastic crust that had me going back for seconds. The unlimited steak offer (USDA ribeye, Wagyu hanger, or striploin) was enticing, but it was unclear at the start that we couldn’t choose the cut initially. When I asked for a specific cut for my second serving, only ribeye was available, which was slightly disappointing. Not sure if it was just that day’s limitation. It was a great and memorable experience dining at 22 prime. Had the unlimited Ribeye with single serving of sides, soup of the day and dessert. A glass of red wine and complimentary bread was included as well. Everything was delicious and of course the main star which is the USDA ribeye is cooked to your liking perfectly seasoned, tender and juicy. Service was top notched. You'll definitely feel the warm hospitality of Filipinos that our country is known for at Discovery Suites. Only comment is the warm AC but other than that all is well as per our personal experience.
