Lousy. They forgot my order; only informed me when I followed up my order 30min later that they had tech issues in the kitchen while other diners were still getting served just fine - the poorest of excuses. Exited and dined at UCC at the ground floor instead. They had been far more reliable and attentive.
The food was good but the service was slow. Friendly staff though. Much of what we ordered arrived in 30~ minutes and one of them - the smoked salmon hashbrown, arrived cold, which gave off the impression that it just sat there waiting to be picked up. I think they might be understaffed and looking at the past reviews it feels like that's been the case for a long time now. It's a shame since the food seems good.
Sloooooooooooow service, inattentive servers (this was around 7:30 pm with atleast 5-7 tables occupied), 2 drinks ordered served after more than 20 minutes of waiting time. What really got me irritated was the dirty floors that makes an irritating SQUEAKY SOUND especially when the shoes of one of the servers who was intentionally walking noisily steps and walks like SHE is playing basketball on an indoor basketball court. Okay sana ung "All-day breakfast" style kaya lang not gonna dine anytime soon 👎🏻👎🏻 Was supposed to dine in but just took our drinks to go because it was taking so long. Disa…
Slow service. We took an hour to get our order which is consisted two drinks (coffee and ice blended). The other table already have their orders while were still waiting for ours. It took us for follow ups to get an order.
