This is always busy around dinner. Ate here just a bit earlier than dinner time. The putok batok (aka lechon kawali) with 2 plain rice and a Sprite sakto for P135. However, the skin is crispy but hardly any meat. Ordered the tokwa baboy at P50, so I could finish my rice. As you can imagine - no onions and sili in their tokwa baboy! Giving it the rating because of the food prices- willing to pay more but they are known for their very affordable prices. Cash only, and just do free street parking nearby.
I should give this place higher but it's not exactly a high class restaurant but after a long drinking session ( not what I had planned.) I only intended to go out for a few. Got involved in good conversation and eventually left the bar at 7.30 am at that time I could eat a horse. This place is directly opposite the bar I was drinking in so I decided to have breakfast there. I was amazed at how busy at was at that time of the morning. I think it is popular with trycycle drivers. Any way after checking the menu I came to the conclusion I would have Lugaw. It's kind of a Filipeno porridge. Luga…
Lugaw is great especially the putok batok in it! Syempre di mawawala ang tokwa't baboy as ulam sa Lugaw 😁
So much disappointed The spoon is dirty thats why we need to buy disposable spoon 2 pesos each 🥴 while were eating we saw that there's a flies inside the fish sauce 🤮🤮 never come back again not recommended 🤮
The food serving is small despite the high price. This establishment does not give Senior discounts despite being registered in Grab and Food Panda. This has been reported to the barangay.
