Good location. Less than a minute walk to the beachfront. Beside VHub 2 Food park which recently opened so it tends to be noisy in the evening because of the live band. Fast internet. Good for those who are working remotely. Free breakfast in Nigi Nigi is a plus. Room includes TV, water heater, drinks in ref (for a fee). Great value for money.

My family stayed for 7 days and we had a grand time in this hotel. The place is a few steps to the beach. The penthouse is well maintained and has everything you need to make it a home away from home. We literally did not have any problems or negative comments plus staff were great and ready to assist everytime you need one. This place is one of the best places Boracay has to offer.

Very nice place far as 30 seconds from an amazing beach! The staff are very very helpfull and nice. There is Air conditioning, fridge, safe, and cofee in the room, plus hot water (not everywere in philipines). Would love to go back there.

Room was great, bed was comfy, the hotel staff was great and the location couldn’t be more convenient to the beach. But if you want quiet this is not the place for you. Music will be blaring till late at night cause of the market 5 ft away and it will start up again in the morning pretty early along with the people and the motor bikes right outside. Walls are paper thin so there is almost 0 noise reduction. I’m a light sleeper for me it wasn’t ideal but I wish I knew that before we booked.

We spent the NYE period from 29th december to 3rd january, we had the blue room located on the 3rd floor as we booked and kindly received exactly what we asked. The room has everything you need, pretty spacious, quiet and literally this hotel is 20 maybe 30 steps away from the White Sand beach! When we’ll come back to Boracay, we’ll book here again for sure! Paid 250€ in total for 2 people for 5 nights in the NYE period! Couldn’t ask and get a better deal!
