I am writing this as I take the last slice of pizza of the 3 boxes I received yesterday. To me, authentic Italian Neapolitan pizza is all about the quality of the ingredients, the dough, and the simplicity. 825 is nothing short of superb. I received the Truffle, 6 cheese, and pepperoni pizza and I must say that the quality of ingredients will make the entire order worth it. They don't skimp out on ingredients and they don't cut corners. I'm always looking for high quality pizza in the market and I believe that this is a testament to that. Cute hole-in-the-wall brick-oven restaurant in QC. Ordered the truffle pizza and the pepperoni. The truffle was good paired with garlic honey. The pepperoni was a bit sweet due to the marinara base, and the slices did not get equal amounts of pepperoni. The crust is also on the thin side. Will definitely try other flavors next time.

Great Pizza, we got the 825 margherita and truffle pizza and both were amazing. The overall experience eating them feels like you are eating pasta with how the sauces and dough meld together.

Super worth it! You should try. Will recommend their drizzles esp truffle honey. It matches any flavor or their pizzas. Will come back here soon.

Hole in the wall pizza place in QC. More of a take out / delivery spot as they only have a few high tables al fresco. Ingredients were of good quality but pizza was quick to get soggy.
