The place we always ended up going home past midnight. Its best for group/barkada (especially for Patak-patak policy 😊). You have to go early if you want the ktv room. Reasonable price. No refund if you paid the room an hour in advance but did not use it. Aircon not functioning well though. Staffs are accomodating.

Took too long for our orders . When they were finally served, they were cold, Bagnet especially, cold, tough and all fat!Music was too loud! The servers and bartender were vaping while working ! We were very disappointed , would not recommend this place at all! By the way, this is not Katherine Hale, this is Evalour Hale!

Takes too long to serve. After we followed the food up, feels like they rushed it because the chicken has blood and the bacon is so hard and has no flavor. The customer service is not really good. No Offense but i'd rather not eat here.
