My colleagues and I decided to try 8Cuts in Uptown BGC. I opted for their Burger Bomb with White Pepper Sauce, partnered with a refreshing glass of Lemonade. Food: When my meal arrived, the burger was served smoky with the sauce generously coating half of the patty. Initially, I tasted the burger without the sauce and found it satisfying. Cheeseburger: Very juicy patty, love the high fat blend they use. The toasted bun was soft and buttery. It was so tender, there was barely any resistance when I bit through it. Ordered the 1/3 lb option, I don't think 1/4 lb would be filling enough, and I would love to see a 1/2 lb option available. Great burger. Onion Rings: One of the best I've ever had. The batter was light and crispy, the onion didn't pull out when I bit into it. And dusted with a sweet BBQ seasoning that reminds me of Potato Corner (wouldn't be surprised if it were the same). Probably the best Burger place in the area. Food here is not too salty. I didn’t feel dehydrated after eating here. The staff is also kind enough to describe the food in the menu which made me understand the difference. It also feels like the staff know what they’re selling which is totally great. The serving time is just right. The Q-Daddy 1/3lb is so good which I will totally recommend. I also love their Onion Rings

This is a great burger joint, probably the best in the area. The lively bar-style setting, complete with bag hooks, adds to the experience. The staff were attentive and friendly. We got served well & fast. I recommend their meal set—it’s a great value for the food.
