By far the best bang for buck when it comes to kebab meals in Quezon City. Flavorful meat and adequate tang on the sauce. Their buttered rice is also good, not to say its special or anything, but its well portioned. The caveat is its not an upscale nor even a casual restaurant. Amenities such as restrooms and parking could use big improvements. But if these aren't an issue then the quality of the food as well as its price point makes it the best kebab spot for me.

It's delicious and satisfyingly good!!! They are open until 3AM I think so you can drop by when you crave for Persian dishes during midnight! The staffs looks happy on what they doing so it's a plus! You should try their Shawarma Rice if it's your first time! :)

A staple in xavierville. Been dining here since college days 15 years ago. Meat seasoning is as good as before. Only downside is the obvious change in the yogurt sauce recipe. Consistency is now too watered down and taste-wise lacks that yogurt touch - it's just tangy now. The change in recipe is probably due to inflation, can't blame them. The unli iced tea is gone nkw too. Service is still fast as well.
