I discovered Adam's Foodhouse through my office mates that frequent Adam's for lunch and I eat here with my husband twice a week during the mornings. The place is very clean and the owner is very nice and attentive to our needs. He always gives me extra sauce for my Mechado. All the food in the menu are so good. My Polish husband loves the Caldereta. You must try their Mechado (the best!), Ginataang Kuhol, Bulalo, Pork Steak (another best) and Kare Kare. Here to share my experience with Adam's ATMOSPHERE - your typical Carenderia setting with plus factor for having a well ventilated space, clean and quiet dining experience. I have been eating here since I was 17 and the food has never changed. I am now 35 and their food still taste as good as it was 18 years ago. You must try their Bulalo and Ginataang Kuhol. My top favorites are the Mechado, Kaldereta and Pork Steak. They are a real slice of heaven. The staff is friendly and the owner is very nice and attentive. The prices are very reasonable considering the food really taste so great. Parking can be a challenge though. Try not to go during the busy lunch hour because getting a table can be quite a problem.
