Great place for hangouts! The food was amazing, and you can really taste the quality of the ingredients used.

With an electric socket in every corner. The staffs are friendly and nice.

We love the kakigori matcha shaved ice.

Food is good for the price, most of the items I want to order were out of stock but it’s still fine I just ordered what is available.

Service at the counter is great no issues!

Atmosphere is great not bad

Their egg tart is quite costly, but it's definitely worth it. Their strawberry shake and chocolate cake were particularly good to me. The cappuccino coffee did not appeal to my mother.

Hi, I would like to report on the customer service at your SM Caloocan branch. We are regular customers and attempted to change our order from hot to iced (non-coffee dark chocolate), but we were informed that there was no manager available at the moment and that they couldn't accommodate our request. Additionally, we felt unwelcome due to their demeanor, which influenced our decision not to change the order. We love the cafe and will keep coming back. We just hope this doesn’t happen to others. A little kindness can go a long way!

I've tried their snow cheesecake and it's tasty. It's fluffy and have lots of cheese toppings. The hot mocha's good. Their iced cappucino is also nice although I'd prefer more chocolate on it. We ordered their egg tart and it's good though it's a bit expensive per piece.
