The selection of their drinks is great. You can also ask them to customize your drinks or desserts to your liking. The place is a but far from the city but this can be its strong points. A bit of an escape from the people. The crew was very polite and professional. Need to improve on taking orders as they forgot one of our orders. Overall a good experience.

A visit last September 23 left me with mixed feelings, prompting me to offer some constructive feedback to enhance the overall customer experience. Firstly, when I inquired about the drink menu, the staff member's response was simply, "the usual," as she handed me the menu. While this response is not inherently wrong, it's important not to assume that every customer is already familiar with your offerings. A more courteous and informative response would have been appreciated. It might be more welcoming to inquire if it's the customer's first visit and provide a brief introduction to the menu…

Not good customer service. When we visited, the restaurant is not so busy but still we waited for at least 10 minutes in the counter for them to get our order. No one from the crew is speaking to us and when I started asking is there someone who will take our order, one of the crew just looked and said ‘wait lang’. So rude! And when we’re about to leave, my aunt is about to open the door from the airconditioned area and one of their crew just opened the door and entered knowing na may lalabas na customer.
