Subject: Feedback Regarding Delayed Cake Delivery for October 6th Event I placed an order on September 26, 2024, for a cake and cupcakes to celebrate my son's birthday. I was assured that the delivery would be made a day prior to the event, specifically on October 6th. Unfortunately, I am extremely disappointed with the service. Despite confirming at 1:32 PM (October 6th) that coordination would be made for delivery, and being reassured by 9:00 PM that the items would arrive on time, I received no further communication from your team. Delicious vegan drinks and food.
Great place, great food, cozy ambience. Definitely a hole-in-the-wall you'd want to return to.
