I was excited to try the Hainanese chicken rice knowing that Dr. Z (one of the owners of the Aivee clinic is Singaporean) but I was met with disappointment. I feel like they gave me left over rice or rice that’s remaining at the bottom of the cooker. The rice is crunchy and clamped together (see photos). I feel like I’m eating paella. The food also didn’t have any ginger sauce (whatever you call that) but maybe that’s their version which I don’t mind. My biggest issue here is the quality of rice provided. I really expected more.
