Good food, good service, good atmosphere! Though it was a somewhat slow service, the food was worth the wait. The serving size was huge for what it's worth! The spicy tuna roll was good, but I wish it had a bi more flavor. The gyoza was great, very packed! And the ramen was also huge for the price point! A great hole-in-the-wall Japanese place!
Small ramen place. Love their california maki. Seafood ramen is sooo good too. There's an ample parking space. Low light lang sa loob but it's okay. Not much crowded when we went on a weekday night.
Ajisen is one of the affordable Japanese restaurant I always go with my family frequently as they are not always jampacked like other Japanese restaurant and the staff are friendly too. Their foods are authentic especially the ramen and gyoza which are the main Japanese dishes I always order where I found their broths are rich in flavour. Unfortunately, the restaurant was affected and heavily flooded by typhoon Carina recently so they have almost completely renovated the whole place. Ramen broth is good. The noodles are not japanese. I think they are slightly thinner than spaghetti like capellini. The egg are little bit salty. Taste wise it is ok.
