The star of the show is the Paella Valenciana, which is very good; the rice texture is perfectly cooked, demonstrating skillful preparation. Beyond the paella, the savory options continue to impress. Tried their buffet dinner. 1 pax is around 1,320++ . Food is good, with variety of selections. One particularly fish dish however, was not on the good side (smell, taste). Had a glass of red wine to round things out. Overall a good dining experience in the evening. And oh, they had live entertainment --- a trio of musicians that sing live Spanish classics and some English/local hits. Adds to ambiance of the place. Good vibe, nice food. A bit pricey for the casual diner so come hungry when going for their buffet.

If you want a more private place to meet with your friends or loved ones, this is a good choice. Currently they have 3+1 promo so you save one meal every 4 pax. Spanish meals with desserts that are also yummy and irresistible. Try their macaroons and brazo de mercedez (they call it something else but I can’t remember), both are so delicious.

Alba has to be one of the best dining experiences we've had in the Metro. The food, the service, the ambience, everything is fantastic. It has become one of our favorite restaurants. We especially love that it is located in Prism Plaza, isolated from the rest of the MoA craziness. Parking is always easily available in the building. If you don't like crowded places, this is a must try!

We are a regular client in this restaurant. Recently, we celebrated my Mom's birthday with less than 100 guests. From preparation to food selection and set up, it was a 100% quality and service. Thanks to Benadette, the Chefs and the whole Alba team for a wonderful experience. 🥰
