I love the place. The guest rooms are well appointed. The place smells really good. 10/10 for Alfred (yes Batman’s butler) breakfast buffet service waiters. The servers are very attentive. Particularly Stephen & Rico who are very polite, accommodating, and communicates really well. Delectable spread prepared by Chef Norman Rabino. Continental breakfast is so good. This is a hotel of quality, service and comfort. If you get the chance to visit L27 club lounge you will be greeted but some exceptional hotel representatives who will not only delight you, but you will be transported to another dimension of service from Renz, MJ, Led and Manuel. Don't leave L27 it's magnificent.

Elegant atmosphere and attentive service. Food was served hot and tasted fresh and wonderful. Ideally the penne with jumbo prawns would not be served head and shell on, as they are covered in a generous sauce. This makes for a messy and awkward dining experience!
