enjoyed the gruyere cheese sauce with the potato chips! the callos was good, but not really for my palate since i’m used to a saltier version. alimento’s version leaned towards the sweeter side. i also enjoyed the cochi ravioli with pumpkin sauce, definitely something i haven’t tried before!
