This is my favorite place to eat in all of Manila - I first came here in 2009 and have been coming back ever since. I recommend selecting your seafood from the market then bring it to Aling Cadiang to prepare. This place will blow your mind! I believe it was also featured on the Anthony Bourdain show at one point as well.

The quality of food was great. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend. The management was very accommodating!

Had steamed ulang for the first time, the alimango prepared with garlic and butter (though I suspect margarine was used), and the salmon fillet made into sinigang sa sampaloc (they used real sampaloc!!)

Among the Paluto Shops in FARMER'S DAMPA, ALING CADIANG is our favorite. We've been coming here when craving for freshly-cooked seafoods (straight from the fish stands) for over 10 years now. We would even reserve a function room upstairs when celebrating or having group events. The staff are very nice and accommodating to our paluto requests. You may also opt not to shop for yourself and just let the staff do that for you if you are bot sure what or from which stand to buy. Just tell them how you wish your dishes to be.
