A typical Filipino odd-hours/all-hours place where you can grab a cheap meal and soft drinks. Although this eatery's name advertises it as a place for lugaw and mami, they also serve typical silog meals. It's a hole-in-the-wall joint with a few tables that lead to the kitchen, but also has more tables on the sidewalk, amidst where two huge kalderos of lugaw and mami hold court.
