Can i rate service as 4? Service crew were very attentive and fast! No need to call twice!! They even offer refills and immediately fill our condiments. once ur seated they set up the table for u.. they only provide one soup at a time but they put out all meat upon sitting. u can then ask to have ur meat or whatever refilled.. unli drinks and soup inclusive of the fee.. when we visit lettuce was not available.. after meal upon request to bill out staff then will hand over one melona icecream while waiting for the bill.. unli ice tea is waaaayyy too sweet, just wait for the ice to melt or ask extra ice.. staffs are accommodating and they clean up after evry customer leaving. mop, sweep etc.. but they don't bus out empty plates when ur seated t…

This used to be my go-to place for unlimited samgy, but the last few times I’ve been here has been disappointing. The variety of side dishes has really dropped—fishcake is the only option available, and the enoki mushrooms are often out of stock. The thin cut beef is still great, but I really miss the variety of sides that used to be a big part of the experience. The staff are also 90% of the time always on their phones, which means you have to loudly call them to get their attention.
