I visited their palanan branch twice, since I used to live nearby (unfortunately, it closed down) but got disappointed twice too. Their coffee is just bitter. Add more milk and it's still bitter. bitter to the core. I would understand they target a specific market but upon hearing stories from several people in the neighborhood and other coffee enthusiasts, they were dumbfounded by the taste. All nighter indeed, you'd be awaken by the bitterness of their coffee. I suggest to also offer another bean variant or blend.
