Ally Mango's branch inside Sugbo Mercado offers great mango shakes. A bit expensive at P150, compared to other options inside the market, I do think taste wise, there is a difference. I got the Mango Pandan, which had Pandan jelly to go with the Mango chunks, it tasted really good.

Best mango shake in cebu. Used to get this at sugbu mercado but they have a kiosk at Outlets. Price increased though.
