Quiet little wine bar inside a compound. The compound actually hosts two other restos. It would honestly have been better if they at least shared the menus in the open areas. The second floor of Ampersand is dark and private, perfect for quiet intimate dates. There's a patio which would be good for better colder weather. Foodwise, the scallop and spinach pasta was really heavy. Sangria was good and strong. Service was also excellent.

Our group had a blast with their unli wine for only P699/pax. You can mix ‘n match variety of wines from rosé, white, and red. Whisky is also included! They also serve hot choco and other non-alcoholic drinks. The food choices, however, are very limited and there’s some room for improvement. We ordered croquettes, fries poutine, and spicy buffalo wings. Only the latter suited our liking. But overall, we had a decent experience for its price range. Ground floor is good for titas, 2F is for partying.

A fantastic getaway inside the busy and confusing area that is Quezon City, Ampersand is a place more catered to the Titas and Titos of Metro Manila than the younger crowd because of its dimly lit interiors and chill vibes. The food we ordered was comparable to most high quality restaurants in the area and the price is just okay. The sangria is strong just the way I like it and the outdoor seating is good for private conversations and dates. What makes this place interesting is that you will be surprised that even in an unusual location you will find a hidden oasis that is Ampersand.

We ordered their truffle pasta and their four cheese pizza. Their truffle pasta needed a bit of salt. The bread that came with it weren't toasted. It would be better if they toasted the bread. The four cheese pizza was a disappointment. I'm not sure if the dough wasn't that cooked well since it was too pale and white. The four cheese weren't complementing each other. I didn't like it. It was... sad. There was an unpleasant smell where we were seated, it smelled vomit. The staff were doing their best to accommodate everyone since we went on a saturday night. Peppers weren't ground properly!! The mushroom soup was actually good but then you would suddenly have a huge piece of black pepper in your mouth. I even had the same experience with the pasta. The oyster pasta was alright if you like your pasta really creamy.
