The chicken sisig that I ordered doesn't taste like chicken at all, maybe because of the sauce or the butter or whatever. Nevertheless, it tasted fine.

Updated review: Not the best tasting sisig in town but also not the worst. If you are into sisig but on a budget, AMSisigan offers the best alternative. For only Php 80.00, you get a hot plate of rice and sisig. While still hot, you can mix the freshly cracked egg into the sisig to bring out the best of the meal. Additional rice only costs P10.00 and a softdrink costs P20.00. Come on an earlier time to get a decent seat since there are only five tables and can get congested at times due to the small space.
