We love their Chili Garlic here! The siomai is nice and meaty but there are some that have chewy meat inside. The portion sizes are also quite smaller than their competitor near the area.

Angkong's Pork and Shrimp Siomai are bite-sized bundles of perfection. Expertly crafted, they combine savory pork and succulent shrimp wrapped in delicate dumpling skin. The flavors are impeccably balanced, showcasing the freshness of the ingredients and culinary expertise.

What sets this Siomai apart is the addition of Angkong's Chili Garlic and Toyomansi condiments. The chili garlic adds a punch of spicy heat, enhancing the Siomai's savory notes, while the Toyomansi, a blend of soy sauce and zesty calamansi, contributes a tangy and savory zest.

Angkong Dimsum House was my top favorite destination during my first España food trip. It exudes a humble vibe and the place doesn’t look extravagant at all—and that, aside from the food of course, is probably why they have the attention of the students. During peak hours, you may have to wait for a while to get seats.

The posters displayed show their dimsum offerings that come with a cup of rice. However, you may request to just order the dimsums if you want to. There are also frozen packs available.

All of their handmade dumplings are great especially with the sauce which I highly recommend for you to drink (kidding).
The place is a little bit small but can still cater a lot of crowds mainly students from nearby universities.

Serving time is upfront fast (just around 2 or 3 minutes depending on the number of orders)
