First time in Dagupan and arrived passed midnight, from what seem like forever drive. Wanted some warm food. Found this place closest and open at this time. Right off the bat. They made exception to let my dog in. *diclaimer* they dont allow pets in their food establishment. They jiust allowed us. Not only that. I was told that one of their best seller is their US Beef Laksa Ramen NS03. It was my first time to try laksa ramen and I'm so happy I took the chance. The beef was perfectly cooked and the soup was flavorful and unique to my taste. This will definitely be one of the restos that I'm going back to when I'm in the area. Service was quick and parking is available in front.

We tried their best-selling US beef laksa, and it didn't disappoint. The beef chunks were tender, the soup was tasty, and the noodles were perfectly cooked. However, when we sampled their pancit dish, we found the noodles to be overcooked, an imbalance of veggies - particularly an excess of sitaw, insufficient meat, and an unremarkable taste. The desserts were also bland, similar to the pancit. So far, the laksa stands out as the best dish in the restaurant. Additionally, I hope they are mindful of cleanliness, as there were many flies present in the establishment
