I dont eat crispy pata because i am not a fan of deep fried meat but annalisa’s is an exception!!! Meat is really flavorful (i think they boil it in very seasoned water), the skin is crispy and the meat is really tender. As in ang lambot. Their crispy liempo and chicharon bulaklak is also good.
