Upscale fine dining restaurant that started in 2002. Revisited on Sept 2024 and was glad to see a continuation of the high standards in terms of standards in all aspects. The food is Western and European with a lot of attention to details eg watermarked butter, warmed milk with your coffee, well thought of entrees that will suit the number of diners. Plating is elegant and ample. Cocktails are well balanced with thoughtful ingredients and garnishes. Service is exemplary with the same mindset to details. From the moment you go inside the gates, you can already see part of the beautiful garden that surrounds the house where the restaurant stands. It’s rustic yet modern in style that offer every luxury the moment you step in. We ordered their dry aged steak course that came with appetizers and dessert. Each dish was prepared with care. Probably one of the best if not the best restaurant in Tagaytay. Worth checking out if you are in the area. Setting and atmosphere is classic and on point. Food is above average and service is good too. Prices are of course reflective of the quality but worth trying out.
