It was my first visit to Aperitif. The cafe had my favorite sort of aesthetic: elegant and magical. ✨I would definitely revisit even if just for the eye-candy. Regrettably, the cafe was full so I ordered for take-out for now. Anyway, I had the Mixed Berry Gelato and Smores Cookie. The Mixed Berry Gelato was actually more like a sorbet. It was delightfully sweet and tart and absolutely refreshing. The Smores Cookie had a mix of sweet and bitter taste and was crisp outside and doughy inside.

Everything is just so ✨️AESTHETIC✨️ Not only is the place pretty, but also the people here are pretty nice too. Gave me and my buddies complimentary cups of gelato/ice cream. Lovely experience ❤️ I bought a few for takeout as well because my fam has to try it out, too. And my biggest regret is why I did not buy MANY when I visited ATC?! Their pastries are divine! Now that I'm on a diet because apparently found out now that I'm borderline diabetic, I'll have to avoid sweets & baked goodies like a plague. Can you hear that? That's my heart shattering because I truly fell in love with aperitif…

Aperitif in Alabang is a hidden gem! Despite its posh look, the prices are surprisingly competitive. The Passion Fruit English Breakfast tea is a standout—refreshing and flavorful. Their burnt cheesecake is perfectly balanced, not too sweet, and pairs beautifully with the strawberry spread. I'll definitely be bringing friends and family here!

Their Basque Cheesecake was great, Coconut Matcha not so much. White Chocolate Macadamia Cookies were topnotch. Place was decorated in a manner that was aesthetically pleasing. As for service, they took quite a while to serve the cheesecake. They actually seemed to completely forget about it right after I placed my order for it. Had to follow up twice just to get it.
