Topnotch inihaw served with the family heirloom recipe of Ilocos bagoong. This marvelous dipping sauce, made by the matriarch’s relatives in the Ilocos, is alone worth the food trip. The adjacent sarisari store has yummy surprises from the large membership groceries.
