Loved the pancit guisado! Salmon was good also. Yummy nata drink as well.

Metiz’s pop up at rockwell I was a bit disappointed and underwhelmed. Food was good but not 1,400 pesos good for a portion of pancit and 2pcs of bbq. Pancit would be better if there was just more noods. And the bbq tasted like tender juicy on steroids.

taste of the dishes were unique n surprisingly nice— from pancits to ulam. just not a fan of the pork bbq texture idk if it was intentional, so i recommend skipping those. my fave was the bokbok manok for sure. the pancits r also interesting, but bitin for sure knowing its insane price tried the cocktails also but there was nothing really special. they were strong tho hahaha
