I always wanted to try local food in the Philippines which is Sisig Pork, and I found this restaurant on Google Maps with good reviews. So I decided to head to this restaurant and try Sisig Pork. The taste of their Sisig Pork Sizzling was great! It's a bit salty but for me, It's acceptable with rice. It's definitely worth a try, I think the rest of the food would be good as well.
sisig was exceptional! pancit was saucy but we loved it as it was
Simple place but clean and yummy, basic carinderia food with a very wide selection. Although some bestsellers are gone by sundown so keep that in mind, I swear the lady at the counter had to tell 5 people there was no more bihon or lechon the whole time I was dining in. There's a waiting time of 5-15 minutes depending on the crowd, but everything is hot and cooked well. Price was reasonable for the serving size.
Ate Fe's Kitchen is located in Maginhawa St. corner Magiting St., opposite of Uncle John's convenience store and at the back of Caution! Hot Spicy Noodle house. It is a regular roadside eatery or carinderia, offering some short orders, and some are in Bilao (Bulk) package. The toilet doesn't look appealing, but it's okay. They have sizzling items. They are closed at 9 pm. Since the roadside eatery has doorless entrance, expect some of the mendicants are trying to catch your attention.
Budget friendly meals, and portion sizes are large. Price to food quality ratio is the best vs all the other places in the area. Best to avoid if you're looking at your cholesterol consumption, since some meals are a bit greasy. Service is really good, meals come out of the kitchen really quickly. My personal favourite is the pancit canton con lechon.
