Poor service anticipation The place is welcoming with traditional Japanese atmosphere upon ordering there are some delays and we have to wait for 20mins for our food to be served which is fine. Next is my card, it got denied and I'm not sure if it is a system error or my card. I had to pay different mode of payment so I used my other card. This is the second Marugame Udon place I went to. It’s consistent with the first one. We had a good time enjoying ourselves on tempura, gyudon and teriyaki. They have freshly fried ones you can choose. They are strict about their procedures, I suppose it’s because they want consistency in all their branches.

Food is close to authentic japanese udon. Taste good price is i can say reasonable, place is clean and staffs are courteous. edited: the quality of their food is not so good anymore and the staffs are not so friendly

My go-to dish here is their Curry Rice and a side of Sweet Potato Tempura. The interior can accomodate about fifty guests at a time. Servers are friendly and accomodating.

The food was delicious and a good value for the price. The portions were generous, which was perfect for sharing - especially since my pregnant wife couldn't finish hers! We didn't want anything to go to waste, so I happily finished it off.
