The vip room is not that clean and it has an unpleasant smell. The staff was not attentive to our orders. We had to follow up our order many times. Long waiting time for orders to arrive. Some of the staff were also rude. Comfort room is not clean. No tissue provided. We had to wait more than one hour for our plain fries. We had followed it up several times only to find out they did not prepare our order. Bad customer service. Disappointing experience.
